Reclassification of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose reserve (community use) subject to the provisions of the said Act.
