Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreation ground, to be known as Rahuikuri for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Wiremu Eruera Pohe (father of Mary Rosetta Puru and Wiremu Eruera Wiremu Pohe). Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XV, Whangarei Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 7750 Part of Rahuikuri C3C2, being the land described in a plan for the Court as Rahuikuri C3C2A and being part of the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 12 December 1963 and certificate of title, Volume 16B, folio 42, North Auckland Land Registry.
