Appointment of the Minister of Education to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration That the Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of Part XXVI of the Education Act 1989 (Early Childhood Education) Pursuant to section 36 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation, hereby appoints the Minister of Education to control and manage the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a local purpose (site for a kindergarten) and further declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXVI of the Education Act 1989 (Early Childhood Education).
