Vesting of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the One Tree Hill Domain Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, is vested in The Auckland City Council, in trust, for recreation purposes, subject to the Crown reserving the right to cancel the vesting if or when the reserve was ever required for a treaty settlement in terms of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975.
