Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Hastings District Counsil Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve and vests the reserve in The Hastings District Council in trust for that purpose.
