Declaration that Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Tasman District Council on the 28th day of May 1998. ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Tasman District Council hereby resolves that, the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act'' Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 3.0606 hectares, more or less, being Lot 18, D.P. 10077 and part Lot 2, D.P. 6761 (All certificates of title 5B/1353 and 7A/820).
