Classification and Vesting of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further vests the said reserve in The Canterbury Regional Council in trust for local purpose (soil conservation and river control).
