Land Acquired for the Purpose of a Parking Place in the City of Nelson Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, together with rights of way appurtenant to part Lot 11, D.P. 5048, created by transfers 52246 and 53600 for the purpose of a parking place and shall vest in The Nelson City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
