Transfer of Unformed Road Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Lands, hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Waipa District Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and on publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948. Schedule South Auckland Land District 6.6000 hectares, more or less, being all that parcel of road, shown as area ``A'' on S.O.
