Cancellation of the Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Wellington City Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for a children's playground described in the Schedule hereto.
