Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification and Vesting of the Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares the land described in Schedule 1 hereto to be a reserve, pursuant to the following resolution passed by The Southland District Council on the 20th day of November 1997: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Southland District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council as a sanitary depot and described in Schedule 1 hereto is declared to be a reserve within the meaning of the said Act, subject to the same trusts and restrictions as are attached to the adjoining Otautau Domain''. And the Community Relations Manager further classifies the reserve described in Schedule 2 hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and vests the said reserve in Schedule 2 in The Southland District Council, in trust, for that purpose. Schedule 1 Southland Land District Southland District 4.7905 hectares, more or less, being part Section 5, Block II, Aparima Hundred, all New Zealand Gazette, 1911, page 3004. Schedule 2 Southland Land District Southland District 25.6976 hectares, more or less, being Section 5, Block II, Aparima Hundred, all New Zealand Gazette, 1899, page 504.
