Vesting of a Reserve in The Waipa District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in The Waipa District Council, in trust for local purpose (cemetery) reserve.
