Prohibition of Access Other Than By a Permit to Mana Island Scientific Reserve Pursuant to section 21 (2) (b) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, advises that from and including 24 December 1997, entry is prohibited to that part of the Mana Island Scientific Reserve described in the Schedule below, unless a permit is first obtained from the Conservator.
