Change of Classification of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for Government purposes (site for an observatory) to a reserve for local purposes (community and administrative buildings), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
