Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 20th day of November 1996: ``That in exercise of its powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the council in fee simple and described below shall be hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the Reserves Act 1977''.
