Declaring Land Acquired for Railway Purposes and Crown Land to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes in Dunedin City Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares: (a) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described firstly in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for railway purposes.
