Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Firstly: Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, the latter being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of part of the land described in the Schedule hereto, to which section 62 of the Conservation Act 1987, does not apply, hereby jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes; and Secondly: Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the part of the land in the Schedule to which section 62 of the Conservation Act 1987 applies, is held for conservation purposes; and the whole area shall hereafter be so held.
