Declaration That Lands Are Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was notified by The Waimakariri District Council on the 9th day of February 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred in it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Waimakariri District Council hereby resolves that the lands held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, recreation reserves, within the meaning of the said Act''.
