Land Acquired for Local Purposes (Historic) Reserve (Addition to Lloyd Elsmore Park) in Manukau City Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares: (a) Pursuant to section 52, the land described in the Schedule is set apart for recreation ground; and (b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for local purposes (historic) reserve and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
