Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Further to a notice in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 June 1998, and pursuant to section 87j (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied, with effect from 1 December 1998, the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline in respect of its services to Germany. Air New Zealand may now operate to Frankfurt, as a nominated point in Germany, with its own aircraft, and to all points in Germany on a code-share basis, together with as much code-share capacity as is filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
