Notice of the Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that I have varied the scheduled international air service licence issued to British Airways Plc to provide for services to be carried on from the United Kingdom via intermediate points to New Zealand and to points beyond with such capacity as is filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport, subject to the exercise of fifth freedom traffic rights between intermediate points and points in New Zealand being limited to 7 services per week.
