Revoking the Prohibition of the Prescribing of Controlled Drugs Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Bill English, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued on 14 April 1997, which prohibits the prescribing of controlled drugs by Dr Osman David Mansoor, medical practitioner of Wellington.
