Transfer of Control and Management of Dipton Cemetery Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General appoint the Southland District Council to have the control and management of the Dipton Cemetery as from 1 July 1998.
