Notice of Withdrawal of Product Ruling 1. This is a notice of a withdrawal of a product ruling made under section 91fj of the Tax Administration Act 1994. 2. Product ruling 97/43 is hereby withdrawn, due to a change in the terms of the Issue Terms referred to in the Arrangement and so that the operation of the Arrangement is able to be clarified in a replacement ruling. It is replaced by product ruling 98/2. 3. Product ruling 97/43 originally applied to investors in a fund for the period 1 October 1997 to 30 September 2002, and notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 May 1997. 4.
