The Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 3) 1997, Amendment No. 1 (F87) Pursuant to section 28w (3) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board and the Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission, and after consideration of the matters specified in section 28w (5) of the said Act, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 3) 1997, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 3) 1997 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Clause 3 amended Clause 3 of the principal notice is hereby amended by omitting from the table in paragraph (c), opposite the item CRA 6, the expression ``20.37%'', and substituting the expression ``24.03%''.
