Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Further to notices in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 July 1997, 26 March 1998 and 23 April 1998, and pursuant to section 87j (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 27 August 1996, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held by Air New Zealand to: with respect to Japan provide for the operation of co-terminal services to Nagoya and Fukuoka; with respect to the United Kingdom, provide for the operation of up to 6 services per week via Los Angeles to points in the United Kingdom; with respect to Singapore, provide for services to be carried on beyond Singapore to points in the United Kingdom; and with respect to Fiji and Japan provide for services to be carried on beyond Nadi to Osaka.
