Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Malaysia Airlines of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to grant it the right to operate to ``points in New Zealand'', with effect from 5 April 1998.
