Public ruling No. 98/2 entitled ``Payments under the Human Rights Act 1993 for humiliation, loss of dignity, and injury to feelings - assessability'' will appear in Inland Revenue's Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 10, No. 3 of March 1998. 3.
