Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 21st day of October 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Richard Thomas Rangiuia of 17B George Street, Ngaruawahia, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months imprisonment following his conviction on a charge of driving while disqualified having previously been convicted. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge M. L. S. F. Burnett, has ordered that a Ford Cortina, registration No. HZ 4651 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Richard Thomas Rangiuia, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
