Notice of Receipt of Income From Mortgaged Property Pursuant to Sections 104dd and 104ee of the Property Law Act 1952 Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of July 1998, Reginald Mabin Hall and Elizabeth Barbara Cotton, solicitors, both of Dunedin, were appointed as receivers of income by Stewart & Payne Investments Limited, the mortgagee under mortgage No. 788629/2 (Otago Registry) given by Stewart Bawden Curson as mortgagor. Pursuant to that appointment the receivers have on the 4th day of August 1998 first received income from the mortgaged property situated at 205 St Andrew Street, Dunedin, being legally described as an estate of leasehold created by lease 391267 in that piece of land containing 1012 square metres, being Section 23, Block LXIV, Deposited Plan 863 and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title 329/71 (Otago Registry).
