Fees Payable to the Medical Council of New Zealand Pursuant to section 126 of the Medical Practitioners Act 1995, the council gives notice that the following fees are payable (all include G.S.T.). This fee is reduced to $225 if application is for a total period of less than 4 months in New Zealand. This fee may be accepted on a quarterly basis ($225 per quarter) if appointments are made only on that basis. Fee includes disciplinary levy ($247.50) Fee includes annual practising certificate fee ($427.50) and disciplinary levy ($247.50) APC (including disciplinary levy) is reduced to $450 if issued on or after 1 October. Fee not refundable if application declined. Council may grant a waiver or refund of part or all of this fee. Refund may be issued if shorter programme recommended.
