Napier Community Trust Hospital Notice of Application for Order to Vary a Charitable Trust Take notice that on the 27th day of October 1998 at 9.30 a.m., the trustees of the Napier Community Trust Hospital will apply to the High Court at Napier for an order: 1. Varying the mode of administering the trust 2. Varying the powers of the trustees as set out in the declaration of the trust dated on the 10th day of February 1998. The application, declaration of trust and Attorney-General's report are open for inspection by the public at the office of the High Court at Napier. Any person desiring to oppose the application must give written notice of his or her intention to do so 7 clear days before the date of hearing and such written notice must be given to: 1.
