Melanesian Mission Trust Board Advertisement of Ex Parte Originating Application M. No. 1140/98 In the matter of Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of the Melanesian Mission Trust Board: Take notice that the trustees of the Melanesian Mission Trust Board (``the trust'') have applied to the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, to seek approval for a scheme enabling the trustees of the trust to be remunerated and the trustees of the trust give notice that the application has been set down for hearing in the High Court, Auckland, on the 17th day of August 1998, at 10.00 a.m. and give notice that any person desiring to oppose the scheme approved by the Attorney-General give written notice of their intention to do so to: 1. The Registrar, High Court, Waterloo Quadrant (P.O. Box 60 or D.X. C.P. 20-535), Auckland; and 2. The trustees of the Melanesian Mission Trust Board, care of Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, 9296 Albert Street (Private Bag 92-518 or D.X. C.X. 10-092), Auckland; and 3. The Attorney-General, Crown Law Office, 45 Pipitea Street (P.O. Box 5012), Wellington, not less than 7 days before the hearing date, namely before the 10th day of August 1998.
