Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 9 October 1998 to remove the New Zealand Conservative Party from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission, pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993. 2. Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 9 October 1998 to cancel the registration of the logo for the New Zealand Conservative Party and to remove from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission, pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993, the record of the registration of that logo.
