Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1998/15 : Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles on State Highways in Transit New Zealand Regions 11 and 12 Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows: A m e n d m e n t 1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. In the Third Schedule insert: 9 (c) At Paroa in Grey District from a point (Route Position 430/6.80) located 70 metres generally in a southerly direction from the intersection with Clough Road, to a point (Route Position 430/8.67) located generally in a southerly direction 150 metres from the intersection with Rutherglen Road; a distance of approximately 1.87 kilometres.
