Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 3: Waipa River Bridge to Spicers Road It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 1 July 1998, and pursuant to the section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, commencing at the southern abutment of the Waipa River Bridge (Route Position 53/4.32) proceeding in a generally southerly direction for a distance of 1.84 kilometres to Spicers Road (Route Position 53/6.16), as more particularly shown on Plan LA 20/46/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
