Cancellation of Registration of Political Party and Registration of Party Logo Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 9 April 1998, to remove the Ethnic Minority Party of New Zealand from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993. Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 9 April 1998, to cancel the registration of the logo for the Ethnic Minority Party of New Zealand and to remove from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993 the record of the registration of that logo.
