Implex Holdings Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 1st day of December 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Implex Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Peter William Young of KPMG, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
