Christchurch Multiple Listing Bureau (Inc) (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named incorporated society in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Christchurch Multiple Listing Bureau (Inc) passed a special resolution winding up the society and appointed David Donald Critchton and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the society. The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 1998. Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the society during normal business hours to Mrs Keiran Grady. Note: The society is solvent and is being liquidated as part of a restructuring of the members affairs. The Christchurch Multiple Listing Bureau services will continue to be provided under a division of Real Estate Network Limited.
