Yashui Holdings Limited and Auto Mart Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation The above companies give notice that they propose to amalgamate to form one company Yashui Holdings Limited, with effect from the 31st day of December 1997. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either company, or any person to whom either company is under an obligation at the companies' offices at 174 Vivian Street, Wellington, during normal business hours.
