Molyneux Panel & Paint Limited (``the company'') Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Notice is given by the board of the company that it is proposed that the company will amalgamate with Molyneux Motors Limited, Molyneux Rentals Limited and Molyneux Finance Limited on the 1st day of March 1997. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any member or creditor of the company or to any person to whom the company is under an obligation, at the registered office of the company.
