Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 209c of the Companies Act 1955 Whereby it is proposed that the company Lacy's Tyre Service Limited (HN 188418) be amalgamated with Lacy's Properties Limited (HN 185670) on or after the 30th day of April 1997.
