Venison New Zealand Co-operative Limited (in liquidation) and Venison New Zealand Marketing Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Application to the Court by the Liquidators Take notice that the liquidators of Venison New Zealand Co-operative Limited (in liquidation) (``Venison Co-operative'') and Venison New Zealand Marketing Limited (in liquidation) (``Venison Marketing'') will apply for the Court's sanction for the resolution of competing claims between Venison Co-operative and Venison Marketing by Venison Co-operative relinquishing its potential claims for subrogation and any other claims against the assets of Venison Marketing in exchange for Venison Marketing relinquishing its potential claims for pooling and any other claims against the assets of Venison Co-operative. The application has been set down for hearing at 10.00 a.m. at the Wellington High Court on 4 March 1997 (M. No. 111/94 and M. No. 625/93).
