Investment Funds Association of NZ Incorporated (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 and section 24 and regulation 8 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above association. The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of September 1997.
