Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an order of the District Court extinguishing the easement created by Transfer 32 and pursuant to a request endorsed in the order to register the order over the land comprised in certificates of title 42A/981, 42A/983 and 42A/986, only at this stage, it is my intention to note the extinguishment against the aforementioned certificates of title 1 calender month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
