Setting Apart Part of Kahurangi National Park as a Specially Protected Area MICHAEL HARDIE BOYS, Governor General ORDER IN COUNCIL At Wellington this 8th day of December 1997 Present: His Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 12 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be set apart as a specially protected area within Kahurangi National Park, to be known as the Honeycomb Hill Caves Specially Protected Area. This order shall come into force 28 days after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
