Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Manukau City Council on the third day of July 1996: ``That pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the land described in the Schedule below, is declared reserve to be held for recreation purposes as set out in section 17 of the Act''.
