Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road State Highway No. 20, McLaughlins Road to Wiri Station Road It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 4 December 1996, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 20, commencing at McLaughlins Road (at RP 1/15.50 on the eastern side and at RP 1/15.55 on the western side) and proceeding in a southerly direction along State Highway No. 20 to the intersection of the southern side of Wiri Station Road and State Highway No. 20 (at RP 1/16.45) as more particularly shown Plan LA/10/69/0 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
