Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve and Appointment of a Trust to Control and Manage a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting of control of the local purpose reserve (community use) described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the trustees of the Central Community Trust to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
