Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Rangitawhia. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block IV, Patetere Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 5.4885 Whaiti Kuranui No. 2D No. 2S, No. 2D No. 2T, No. 2D No. 2W, No. 2D No. 2Y (aggregated) and being all of the land contained in partition order of the Court dated 30 May 1935.
